Meet Victoria “Tori” Pope
The Foundation of My Work as a People, Culture, & Leadership Consultant
My approach is grounded in a rare blend of "boots-on-the-ground" life experiences and academic rigor:
23 Years of Military Leadership: Served in the U.S. Army and South Carolina Army National Guard, primarily as a Leadership Development Trainer, Master Resilience Trainer, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt practitioner. Honed in high-pressure environments where resilience was required, I entered the military as a Private (E-1) and retired as a Sergeant Major (E-9).
Advanced Education & Conflict Resolution: I hold a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management, alongside training as an Equal Opportunity Advisor and DoD Mediator. I combine conflict resolution with process improvement to optimize performance, specializing in organizational behavior, culture design, data-driven insights, and systemic equity. This has allowed me to serve in the role as a People, Culture, and Leadership Consultant.
Academic Background: Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and one year of graduate studies in a Master of Social Work (MSW) program.
Holistic Wellness & Life Coaching: RYT-200 Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Personal Trainer, and Nutrition Coach. I host immersive wellness retreats and interactive workshops.
Youth Wellness & Coaching: Co-founder of a non-profit organization dedicated to youth mentorship. My background includes a one-year social work internship with the South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice, 5 years as a Youth Minister, 1 year as a Teacher Assistant, and 4 years as a Substitute Teacher. I regularly serve as a guest speaker at schools and youth events.
Community & Volunteer Leadership: Volunteer with non-profits supporting human trafficking survivors and advocate for Cancer and Mental Health Awareness. I deliver keynote speeches and guest presentations for women's groups, church leadership teams, school JROTC programs, sororities, and corporate businesses.
My Motto: Stay C.A.L.M. – Stay Confident
My journey is my own - and it has been anything but ordinary. Stepping into roles as a Soldier, mother, caregiver, and entrepreneur, every chapter has taught me the power of resilience. Through every season, I stay anchored in my values, rooted in my spiritual beliefs, and committed to showing up fully for my community.
